Has anyone received an email with the link to Touro's supplemental application?

I looked at the guide and also the info page at the AADSAS portal for the primary application submissions. The link to their DDS application website doesn't have any links to supplemental applications or payment options. However, there is nothing in there that indicates that the supplemental is by invitation only.

I checked my spam folder and there's nothing in there. How long did it take to come through?

As far as I remember, there's no supplemental.

No supplemental questions just a fee! I was sent an email requesting it after they received my AADSAS application however
