TouroCOM Masters in Harlem or Middletown?

I got accepted into both Harlem and Middletown for their one year masters. I know it's a difficult program. I am still deciding where I should go. Harlem's online program sounds good bc it's online, but why does it still have a low DO-school matriculation rate? If someone did that program can you tell what it's like?
