TouroCOM Masters program one year

I have a 3.4 overall gpa, sGPA i dont think is very high (just above a 3.0). Should I do the one year masters program at TouroCOM which has a conditional acceptance to med school if you maintain a certain gpa and pass a comprehensive exam at the end ? Or should I just take a gap year and boost up my mcat and apply to DO this cycle (my mcat was bad I got a 492). Experiences are fine.

Retake the the MCAT when you're 100% ready for it, and then just apply to DO schools
