Did anyone else apply without having all prereqs DONE? I still have orgo 2 and touro Nevada and Cali both said tey won't review my app until I submit a grade for it. Is this strict or should I apply anyway?

I applied to Touro-CA last year (no interview/acceptance) without orgo 1 and 2. They did, however, review my application.
