trying to send my transcript and its showing a message "The Application Service Information field you entered is not in the correct format. The first 10 positions must contain your 10-digit ID Number assigned by the particular application service. The next position must contain a dash (-) followed by the remaining variable information below the bar code on the application service's Transcript Request Form. Normally this remaining variable information consists of 4 to 6 digits followed by a dash (-) followed by a letter.".
I've tried to plug in my ADEA AADSAD ID but that wouldn't work.
Any help would be appreciated!
