Transcript Evaluation

I studied abroad for my first semester of college and am trying to figure out how the transcript evaluation works. I am applying this upcoming cycle. Am I able to have transcripts from the foreign university sent to WES, or another evaluation company, now or do I have to wait for AACOMAS to open up? I plan on applying early and do not want my application put on hold.

I tried emailing AACOMAS. I was unable to find previous threads on this topic, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you @gonnif , that helps. I was trying to figure out whether or not I can have the transcripts evaluated now and then sent to AACOMAS later and from what I understand, I can.
