About transcripts... For the 2008 cycle should I start asking the school I studied abroad at and the comm. college I took summer classes at to send transcripts? Also, who should they send them to and when?

I would get your foreign transcripts evaluated here in the US now. But if they don't look good due to a more stringent grading system, you may want to skip the evaluation effort. In that case, just have these copied and certified and sent in to AADSAS after mid May. That way, they will not be counted into your GPA. And make sure you're going to rock the DAT!
