Transcript help, AACOMAS wants transcript for current course work

So my AACOMAS application is currently "processing" (started 9/11/08), as I had 1 of 2 required transcripts received. I had my undergrad transcript from Samford University sent on 9/11 and it was received on 9/15. I am currently taking 2 post-bac classes at UAB, so I made a UAB section in my primary application, added the 2 courses, and clicked "current/future coursework" on both.

Now, UAB can't send a transcript because there are no grades on my transcript for my 2 current classes. AACOMAS still has "1 of 2 received" on my primary application. How do I fix this? Will they automatically assume a transcript for current work is not required?

I've called and left a message on AACOMAS anwsering machine, but I have a feeling it'll be a while before I hear from them. I just hope I'm not wasting time here.

Have you tried to send them a message from the site, they typically answer that within 24 hours. It will also send you an email as they answer. You might try that. Most schools will send a transcript prior to grades, it will just say in progress on the coursework. AACOMAS would then have proof that it's all you have.

Well I called the guy at AACOMAS and he said that a transcript is not required for current coursework, as in my situation. He even checked their records and said that they weren't waiting on additional transcripts. However, online, it still says "1 of 2" transcripts received, so I'm not sure who to believe. I'm inclined to go with what he said over the phone, but it still makes me a little weary.
I don't know if it matters, but all my boxes on my application have green check marks, even with the "1 of 2 transcript status"

If it says "processing" then you may not have a problem at all. if you see the "three green checks" then your application is in verification and AACOMAS is aware that they do not need your current post-bacc transcripts due to the "in progress."

Use the email support tab to confirm, they usually respond quickly, usually if you email this evening they answer in the morning.

I called them about this too, and you should be fine without a transcript for current/future coursework. Makes sense, right?

I was verified a month back and AACOMAS still says 2 of 3 transcripts so don't worry about it. As always, calling them doesn't hurt if it will ease your mind.
