In 2003 I was young and immature and received 3 'F's and couple withdrawals.
After a hiatus of school I reapplied in 2008 and have posted a 3.8 GPA since then.
What effect will this bad year of being young and immature have on say my interviews or even getting interviews?
I have retaken each class that i previously had and received A's in all of them.

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

The only really tangible effect it will have is that your GPA will be a little bit lower than it would otherwise. Since you've retaken the classes for A's, you've essentially replaced 3 F's with 3 C's. That's very much surmountable, especially since they were so long ago.
