I requested a transcript from a school I attended, and just discovered that I have an"incomplete" next to a course that I took - Intermediate Algebra.

I have a grade for the course. I passed the course. I went on to the next course in the series (College Algebra).

I don't understand - how is this course incomplete?

If you did get a passing grade, I don't see why it would be marked as incomplete. Your question would be best answered by someone at the school you attended.
