Transcript Matching Form w/ Academic Update??

Do you need a transcript matching form with your transcripts for academic update? There's no mention of it in the academic update instructions.

hahaah i think it says you do but even the first time i sent my transcript i never used the matching form and all was well

I saw in one of the many e-mails that they sent us to include the Transcript Matching Form with the update... and it can be found in the area where you list your University info. Better to have it than not! =)
