Hi,

When we send our official transcripts to AADSAS, do we need to just send one copy with one transcript matching form? Or do we need to send one for every school we attend to apply to? Also, is it okay if the transcript matching form is signed electronically? (preferred to type everything)

Just one transcript/matching form for each school you attended for undergrad/grad. ADEA needs them to verify the grades on your transcripts which they will then send to all the dental schools to which you're applying. Not sure about the e-signature. Use a pen.

Just sign the damn thing. Fill the rest out if you want on the computer.
