Hey Everyone, I just wanted to know if it was absolutely mandatory to print off the matching transcript form and have the schools send that along with the actaul transcript. If this is the case, can we fax this form in, because I am requesting transcripts by fax, not mail. Please can anyone help?!

Also, is it late to send my application. People say to get the application in early, and i thought by end of July was pretty early. However, reading these posts, i can see otherwise. Thank You!

I am pretty sure that (and it probably varies from school to school), you don't absolutely NEED the form attached per se. If there are specific instructions you can give the registrar, it would be nice if they could put your AADSAS ID number on the transcript. I think that as long as it gets to AADSAS, they'll be able to sort it out. Afterall, AADSAS has your name on file—it would be very easy for them to match it to your application with the information provided on a transcript. In other words, they're not complete NAZI's at AADSAS, as some people make them out to be.

trust me...
it will work but take time...
not as fast as to what they want u to do 🙄

Thanks! i decided to print it out and fax it anyways. You never know with AADSAS how they could mess up my transcripts 😉
