Transcript Matching Form

I have filled in the degree information etc, what now? what must I attach with the transcript?

I know for the LOR you had to print a matching form, however, I dont see one for the transcript.

Am I going application crazy?

From your application checklist, click on 'Colleges Attended' and the link to your transcript matching form is under the left-most column beside the name of your school.
