Transcript matching form

[Jo07]

I have to send in my transcript matching form to a cc I took a summer course at. Is it fine if I fax them the trascript matching form?

Thanks!

Yep. Ideally, the barcode at top right should be distorted as little as possible. The barcode precludes the manual entry of the numbers below the code, which expedites processing. Sooo, make sure your faxes are high enough quality.

Or mail them the printed form.

Or email them the PDF.

Have fun!
