I believe we need to attach matching forms to transcripts.
My question is,

Can we get a transcript (sealed) and put it with a matching form in another envelope? Or do we have to request our schools to put the matching form in the original transcript envelope?

I know we can use the first method for recommendation letters.

You submit it to the registrar with your section filled out so that they can send it to AADSAS. The registrar should take care of putting it in a sealed envelope with the official transcript.

As to recommendations, I just submitted the matching form to the recommender s asking them to include the form when they send their recommendations.
