Transcript Not Received Yet

I went to the community college that I dual enrolled in, and had them send my transcripts about 2 weeks ago. So far AADSAS hasn't updated that this was received. The one from my primary school (which I sent at the same time) was received and updated on the application portal about 10 days ago.

Is this normal for it not to be received in 2 weeks or should I request another transcript from my community college?

Did you receive confirmation from your CC that it was sent?

No, but I went there in person to make sure they put my ID number slip in with the transcript and they had it all ready to go...

I would go back and check with them. I had the same problem and I went in and turned out they never sent it.

I requested my transcripts the first week of June. They were sent several days later but didn't show up on my portal as received until June 22 or 23
