Ok, so I got my main transcript from my school and I got another one from the school I took summer courses. I ordered them on June 2nd it says that both of them were sent to AADSAS on June 3rd. I just checked my status on my application, and oddly only one of my transcripts was received on June 12. Why does it take so long get processed?! Any advice? Should I resend one or should I just wait?

I'm in the same boat! One was received on the 11th, but I'm still waiting on the other. I think the system is just backed up, I'm going to wait another week or so before calling.

Hey, I have the same situation as you! One main transcript - one summer transcript - my main was received on 6/11, but I didn't know until a couple days later! The indication that my other was received on 6/12 just showed up today on portal - maybe your other transcript was already received, but AADSAS is just taking awhile to post it to your portal...?

Give it a few more days. Considering around ~12K people apply each cycle, they have to sort through at least that many transcripts. That's a lot of mail!

Question for you guys. I just e-submitted but had my transcripts sent to AADSAS on June 3. Date received fields for my transcripts are empty. At what point would you recommend I contact AADSAS or just resend the transcripts if the transcripts don't show as received?
Give it a few more days and I bet they'll be uploaded! Looks like they've been slowly updating the portal this week. Since the first batch doesn't go out until ~late June/early July, I wouldn't worry about it until the end of next week.

I'm coming into dentistry as a second career move, and had to go to a bunch of different schools in order to get the classes I needed. CA public schools are struggling financially, so it is really hard to get classes as a post-bachelors student. Regardless, after 3 years, I finally have everything I need!

If my only transcript (from my uni) shows up under Transcripts, but the "Date Received" box is empty, should I call in / worry?

Same boat as you man. I got 2/3 in and I ordered them on the 2nd. I went to the CC today to ask them what was taking so long and they told me they just sent it out on the 15th -_-. Make sure you check your school to see how long it will take them to mail it out. For me, the school stated it would take up to 10 business days to mail it out. Since I live in CA and the transcript place is in MA I think its gonna take another 5 days till it'll show up on AADSAS.

My 2nd transcript was sent out by my school on 6/10 but still hasn't showed up on AADSAS whereas my first transcript was sent out on 6/2 and showed up on AADSAS on 6/9.

A CC that I took a few classes from in HS was a bit late on sending out their transcript. They didn't post for a week or so after the others had posted. Then two posted (probably because I nervously requested another when the first didn't post in a timely fashion)

Ok so they told me that they finally received my second transcription on June 23 which is still very strange to me that it took about 20 days! But I just got an email today that my gpa is verified! So everything worked well I guess. Now the only thing I have to do is taking DAT... So nervous tho haha please pray for me~ I will pray for each one of you guys! Good luck with studyings and application process 🙂
