So I just ordered my transcripts from my undergrad institution and they arrived in the mail today.
I wanted a preview of what I would be sending out to d schools.

My transcript mentions that I have 18 credits from my AP exams which are accepted at my undergrad which include an advanced standing. however, it does not list those courses/classes/areas of study that I passed out from.

My problem is that I have 6 credits worth of English from AP so I did not need to take english courses as an undergrad and since the transcript does not mention I have passed out of english, how would d schools know I have fulfilled their english prereqs? Any suggestions?

I took two non science elective courses online, but my transcript makes no mention of online classes. I also repeated two courses due to low grades the first time around but my transcript makes no indication of repeated courses. It just lists them with their respective grades. When I do apply, how would I plug in my courses on the application? Just copy them as is like on my official transcript?

Yes, you should fill out the courses on the application just like on the official transcript.
If I were you, I would go talk your University office staff and figure out why your official transcript is not fully accurate.

If you are using AP scores to waive an english requirement, I'd call and ask if you must provide a copy of your AP scores since the classes aren't listed on your official transcript.

Copy everything as it is on your transcript, it will be verified anyway.

Your post is about as confusing as your university transcript. In one sentence you say that there is "no indication of repeated courses", and in the next one you say they are listed them with "with their respective grades". If they are listed with their respective grades, what's missing? If a course is not listed on a college/university transcript, it did not happen. For AP, you will need to request that verification of your courses be sent to the university of your choice.

For those courses that I have retaken, there are no abbreviations/symbols next to them to indicate that they have been taken before. They just have the grades that I earned.

So would I still indicate the repeated courses and online courses on my application even though my transcript doesnt have them?
I plan on calling the registrar to deal with the AP stuff.

It is not

Registrars are entrusted to listing all of the courses in which a student enrolls. It is not in their purview to annotate the courses. You could well have taken the same basic courses at multiple universities for reasons others than grades. Thus, all courses are considered by AADSAS/
