Transcript Processing Question

I went and got my transcript sent by express mail from my university to the express transcript address about 12 days back and was wondering what exactly the wait time is since my transcript still hasnt been recieved?

What's weirder for me is that I have a sick feeling one of my college transcripts got "matched" with the wrong college (not in the envelope) but on the website. I'm pretty sure one of them hasn't arrived yet, and yet, it's marked received while the other is absent while it should have already been there by now. Weird.

Ive finished the rest of my application

All i have to do is wait for the transcript to be recieved and gpa verification before I submit right? or is there anything more to do because im sick of snail mail
