The office of the registrar at my university requires us to fill in the following information so they know where to send the transcript:

Name/Office:
Organization/Agency:
Street 1:
Street 2:

My question is that I'm not exactly sure which part of the AMCAS address goes where. Could someone help? For reference, the AMCAS address is:

AMCAS, Attn: Transcripts
AAMC Medical School Application Services
P.O. Box 57326

Name/Office: AMCAS, Attn: Transcripts
Organization/Agency: AAMC Medical School Application Services
Street 1: P.O. Box 57326

You could also just give the registrar the transcript request form from AMCAS and they can figure it out.

Okay thanks! I just never saw a PO Box as the main street address before so it threw me off

I have another questions, guys! I don't plan on actually submitting my application until the beginning of July. However, I'll happen to be at my university for unrelated matters next week and I was wondering if I could tell them to send my transcripts, since I happen to be there anyways and it'll save me the return trip.

Is this even possible or allowed? Sending your transcripts before you submit the application?

Yes. You have to send your transcripts in before you can even submit - it's required.
