So, after requesting my transcripts, I realized there was a mistake made by the community college I took courses from during the summer. It was for an orientation online class required by the college and they didn't see I had sent them my certification of completion. So, instead of a "P" for pass, I have a mark to re-enroll. The class is for no credit, so it doesn't affect my GPA at all, it's just a course on my transcript. I emailed them to let them know and they said they were in the process of changing it, but it may take 2-3 weeks to update it on the transcripts.

As far as AMCAS goes, I sent my transcripts to the system before realizing this (bad mistake), so AMCAS has the old transcript already...however, new transcripts will be sent to them in 2-3 weeks. Would it be better to submit my application before the new transcripts are sent in and get verified with the "re-enroll" mark still on there or wait the 2-3 weeks and have the "pass" grade change made on AMCAS before submitting? I probably won't submit until next week anyways since I'm still finalizing my personal statement, so I wasn't sure which option was better. Any input is appreciated!
