transcript question

hi! i am new here and this is my first post.

i started taking grad classes last semester. i had requested my official graduate school transcript (with all of two classes) to be sent to AACOM, but for some reason, it was mailed but was never received. so i'm having it sent again. however, i just checked my application status online and it says AACOM mailed my application out to the schools today.

now, do i still send the official grad school transcript to AACOM? i would really like for the schools to see my grad school science grades since that would help my undergrad science GPA. since my application has been mailed out, would AACOM then just send my transcript? or do i have to send the transcript to each of the schools?

call AACOM. maybe it was finally received because they will not mail out your application until verifying ALL of your grades. If you did not indicate on your primary that you had grad school grades to submit then they would send your primary without them.

On the AACOMAS website you can see which schools they received transcripts from, what grades were given to individual classes, when and if you application was sent.

after that you need to contact individual schools.

i actually called AND emailed AACOM. their answering machine kept picking up, but they didn't return my call 😡 however, they finally emailed me back with "Please note that your transcripts from your graduate program have not been received by AACOMAS. Your application has been completed with AACOMAS (we do not require the 2005 grades to process your application) and will be sent to your programs this week."

then i checked the list of courses and grades on AACOM site and was disappointed to see that my grades for grad courses were all "NY"...i guess since they couldn't verify my grades, they took out the grades i had initially typed in my application 😡
