I know we need to wait for the form from AADSAS to attach when requesting transcripts, but will I just need to get 1 transcript and send it to AADSAS or do I need to get 1 transcript per school and send them to each school? or do I get one for each school and send them to AADSAS?

You will get one from each college/university you've attended and send it to AADSAS (actually, the school has to send them, you're not supposed to touch it). You will also have to fill out a form on the application where you input all your grades, and AADSAS verifies what you put in against your actual transcript. Then AADSAS will send your application (including your transcript) to each school.
