hey guys i had a question on pharmacy colleges. right now my GPA is kind of low but im thinking about applying for fall 2011. would the pharmacy schools only look at my spring 2010 overall GPA or will they also look at my Fall 2010 GPA along with spring 2011 to make a decision. because i was hoping to raise my GPA by spring so i could at least have chance of getting in. and also for LORs, can i update them during the updating window in december or do i have to have all of them before sending in my pharm apps. right now i have 2 and im waiting on my physiology proffesor. But shes taking a really long time because she has other students lined up for LORs as well.

Um..... yes.
They'll look at your grades as far as they have them when considering you for an interview, which will probably be through the spring of 2010. Then they'll consider your fall grade update when deciding whether to admit you (i.e., the fall 2010 grades). Lastly, they will expect your spring 2011 grades to meet their minimum standards and be at least as good as your overall GPA.
As far as your LORs, no, those can't be updated. They need to be in and complete before you submit your application.

Are you talking about apps specific for your school?
When I applied to my school, my application was due 2/1, my PS was due 3/1, and my LORs were due 3/1.
im talking about pharmCAS..because i want to submit it soon due to the 5 week gap of them figuring out my GPA. so im thinking that the schools im applying to wont get my app till november. which is why i was hoping on getting my last LOR soon but since i wont be..i'll update it during december when pharmcas opens the window for updating.
