Transcript received after deadline

I have a general question regarding transcripts and the deadline. If a transcript is requested or postmarked before the deadline, would being received after the deadline nullify the application? (How am I supposed to know exactly how long a transcript takes).

This is for the UToledo medstart program, but I guess this question can me generalized to amcas also.
