Hi everyone! This question might be stupid but I don't want to risk making a stupid mistake. On the form it says "Former name used while enrolled in the institution," do we just write our legal name again even though its already on the form or is it for something else?

It had an asterik so I just rewrote my name. I'm sure you're fine

No, writing the same name twice on the same form makes you seem repetitive and simple.

I suggest using a different name, Hugh E. Rection sounds like good and strong name.
