Transcript requests for AACOMAS

Hi,

Is there a special form to include when requesting transcripts to be sent over to AACOMAS? Do I just mail it to the address given and that's that? Transcripts at my school only include student's name and student ID# when they send...

I just had them mail it to the address...no special form required...good lucK 🙂

note: this was last year, but I doubt it changed
