transcript sent to school?

I have sent the transcripts to AADSAS and TMDSAS.
if AADSAS indicates school requires transcripts from all schools attended, does that mean i have to send them to school directly? or to AADSAS & TMDSAS?

ONLY send to AADSAS, they make copies and send them out w/ your application printouts
