Transcript to AADSAS DC hq?

Hi,

I searched through the forum and found that some of you used the matching form for 2005 and successfully sent in your transcript to AADSAS at the Washington DC address instead of the Watertown MA address. I accidentally did the same thing for one of my transcripts and the lady I called at AADSAS said I should resend my transcript to Watertown since they would not receive any transcript at the DC address. Another transcript with attachment would cost me another 20 bucks... She also mentioned that if the school "promised" to send the transcript, I don't need an attachment for it (which reduces the transcript fee significantly). So far 3 out of 4 transcript i sent to Watertown has arrived, which I sent the request at about the same time. The first one (going to DC) hasn't been received yet, which I sent earlier than all the others. Should I resend my transcript? Thanks...

Your transcript may or may not arrive at the correct department within AADSAS. $20 is a small drop in the bucket and I advise you to go ahead and pay the additional fee and have the lone transcript re-sent to the correct address. The longer it takes for AADSAS to receive and process your transcript the longer your application will be incomplete.
