Transcript Typo, Any Experience?

I discovered today that there is a typo on my official transcript. It incorrectly lists "U" for a 1 semester hour class. 😱 My transcripts have already been sent by the school to ADEA AADSAS. I plan to see the registrar on Friday morning to see about getting it corrected. Has anyone had experience sending in a second corrected version of their transcripts? And if so, did it cause much of a delay. I also plan to contact ADEA AADSAS via facebook to ask this question but wanted to check with SDN as well. I did a search on SDN but didn't really find an answer to this specific question. Any input is greatly appreciated.

course title for one of the classes I took last semester was incorrect.
so..I called my school's registrars to fix it last week
but without checking if the title has been changed yet, I accidentally requested a transcript to be sent yesterday to AADSAS.
the title JUST got changed today afternoon so I requested for another transcript.
I am expecting some delays....but meh... what can you do right?
