Transcript verification question

Just a quick question. If my advisor sends my transcripts to AADSAS and assuming they work in the correct time frame, will my transcripts be verified in 4-8 weeks or does my whole application need to be complete for transcripts to be verified??
Don't mean to ask stupid question, just wasn't sure after doing a search.

Your entire application needs to be completed (excluding LORs) and submitted before your transcript can be verified.

Advisers don't send transcripts, which usually are sent out by the registrar.
