Are you we able to verify and validate our transcripts before June 5th starting from today? If yes, is it better to do this now so as to have extra time if errors happened to appear?

Your transcripts will only be verified once you submit your application to a school. You don’t have to submit to your entire list of schools. Just one and then that starts the verification process.

You can ask your school to send it in, with the transcript request form attached, now, so that they can immediately get to verifying your course entries once it is your turn in the queue. However, you will not enter that queue until you actually submit your app.

My first transcript was marked as arrived today. I haven't seen anything with the verification but it will show if they have the transcript at least

I think they should notify you once they have your transcript in their hands.

Yeah I got an email and if you select status, in the top right it shows which are received and which aren't. One of my schools used parchment so it got there today.

Verification will only start when you've submitted your app/paid your fees 🙂 Not before then.
