transcript with fall grades needed?

hi everyone,
i know it might depend on the program, but do graduate programs for clinical phds generally ask for transcripts for fall grades even after their deadline (most of mine were dec. 1)? or do they just want the transcript at the time of the deadline?

My understanding is that usually the transcript at the time of application is sufficient.
