very dumb question, but I can't seem to find any information on it. Do I have to contact my university to send my transcript to ADDSAS? Can I do this before I submit my application?

Yes, you could have done this since May 15. You are supposed to print out the transcript request form from AADSAS, and ask your university to send in your transcript with the attachment included.

The request form is found on the AADSAS application. Click on Academic History, then Colleges Attended. When you add a college it will have a transcript request form available to download.

Once they get the transcript, yes it takes 2-4 weeks.
