transcripts and AACOMAS

I had my transcripts sent to AACOMAS two weeks ago and it still says "not received." Do they just have a pile waiting to be checked in or should I get my school to send more transcripts? Within how long after you send your transcripts in should they show up "received?"

Call AACOMAS. They are really slow and somewhat disorganized. The experience of most of the SDN'ers has been that you have to call to check on on your transcript before AACOMAS will get on the ball. I waited SIX WEEKS before I called; 5 minutes after getting off of the phone with them my file was updated.
