Hey guys, I have a question regarding transcripts being sent in to AADSAS. I heard from a friend who just got in to dental school that I have to go to each individual school I have attended, have a special form filled out, and then my transcripts can be sent in to AADSAS. Is this true? I can't just go online and order transcripts to be sent directly to AADSAS from the internet? I'm asking because I have gone to 4 different schools in my undergrad career, and one of them is out of state so that would really suck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should be able to just order transcripts online from all 4 schools and set the recipient as AADSAS( they provide a receiving address for the transcripts).

That's entirely true, if there is no matching form then the transcripts will not be added to the file. See the provided link.

I live in Michigan... One of the schools I went to is in Ohio. You're saying I have to drive 4 hours down just to give the registrar's office the Transcript Matching Form for my app?

Lol, I never did that because I worked/lived far away from my school, also realized after I ordered my transcripts. Therefore my transcripts were a little delayed in processing, but it was still added to my application.

You can probably give them a call and have the form mailed/faxed to them..

Just fax the form to them, and on a cover letter be like "please send this with the transcript I ordered"...registrars get requests like this a lot. they will figure it out. or if your worried they will send the transcript before they attach the form, order the transcript manually over fax. usually schools let you do that as well.
