I remember reading that it is better to send all of your official transcripts, signed, sealed, together in one envelope?? (so they wont get lost, etc....)

is this true, becuase the aadsas site says no? has anyone done this and what about the transcript forms?

can anyone confirm, i will call them as well.

I mailed one of my transcripts myself last year; it was sealed. They lost the first one so I will be mailing them all in one packet myself again this year. Definitely send it certified!

why don't you just make it easy and have your school send it? i know that when my school sent my transcripts to me, it said something on the transcripts how they were "mailed to the student."

I called and asked and they said they only too transcripts directly from the schools. I made the mistake of having one send to me and when I asked if they would accept it, they nastily told me no and to get another one.

So err on the side of caution and have it sent directly from the school. Last thing you want to do is for them not to accept it and they won't let you know. You're supposed to read their minds. 😉

i called today and they said it was cool to have them all together mailed from me. so i am having a confirmation as well, to make sure. who knows what'll happen. ill let you know.
