i'm not sure but i wouldn't take the chance, then you have wasted even more time. call the registrar and ask if you can fax them the form. some schools allow this, others do not.
i took a single CC course during high school and had to mail them my matching form because they wouldn't accept faxes. gotta do what you gotta do. the extra week will not make a difference in your application, especially this early.
you will probably be ok. the reason for the matching form is to prevent your transcripts from getting lost, since the matching form has your aadsas id on it.
if you want to gamble, send in just the transcripts, but if aadsas misplaces it you will be forced to mail it again, which will delay the processing of your application.
Yeah I don't think they're that neccessary, one of my recommenders forgot that he had to send the LOR in with the cover letter so that's what he did -w/o cover letter and it showed up on the aadsas webpage like 3 days after he sent it, pretty awsome-I was kinda nervous about that.
