I was wondering...if you apply in May and your spring semester ends in April, will the dental schools see those grades as well, or just up to December of the past year? Thanks.

just make sure that u complete your aadsas after u receive your spring semester grades.

They will see the most recent semester/quarter that you have completed along with those grades. As the application process progresses you can send updated transcripts to the schools you have applied to as you complete the classes, especially if they are "recommended" additional courses. Sooner or later they will ask for an up-dated transcript during the application process if you haven't already provided them. I always send my transcripts when I finish a quarter.

Here's what the school sees: whatever you send them. No more, no less. If you never send them your new grades then they'll never see them. There isn't any magical way for them to get your grades.

The caveat is this: before you matriculate they WILL want to see a final transcript. This is especially important if they are expecting you to earn a degree. They'll want to see the degree listed on the transcript.

So, at that point they'll see all your grades. However, at that point they'll most likely be looking to see a) your degre earned and b) if you passed the classes you said you would (like physics and stuff). More than that they won't care about.

You can do either. Sending through AADSAS is easier because you only mail out one transcript. Sending directly to the schools is typically much quicker.

Above all, remember that you don't HAVE to send a new transcript. If your grades are poor, then don't. If you have an upward grade trend and your new grades continue that trend, then get it to the schools ASAP.

It's whatever your school places on your transcript. You have to mail in a copy to AADSAS (and schools will ask for an official copy if you are accepted) so if your school's registrar has already entered in the grades for this term then yes, they probably will show up.
