sending them today 🙂

check aacomas website.. there is a link to your file.
One of mine was delayed for 3 weeks.. even though they had it there.. but they did not know they were expecting it.. don't be shy to call they are pretty good like that. Just be polite and they will help you out.

If you just sending them to AACOMAS today I would say it will be around 3 weeks (at the least) till AACOMAS markes them as received. In about 1-2 weeks I would begin calling to see if they have arrived. There are many people on this forum who waited a month or so only to call and find out their transcripts had been there a while but their application was never updated. You have to keep on them. If you want more info you could do a search, there's tons of info about transcripts. :luck: :luck:

hi. i sent my transcripts a while before submitting my AACOMAS app so this may be different for you but, It took about 1 week for AACOMAS to receive my transcripts. I emailed them and they checked for me and told me they were there. I know there are older threads about this, and i would say the range of AACOMAS actually processing the transcripts seemed to be between 1-3 weeks. You can call or email, I would keep at it though.

I can't directly answer your questions but I sent the transcript request to four different schools I had attended as an undergrad. The first 3 were received within two weeks - I confirmed this via email. The last took an extra week. But within three weeks of my request all four schools had sent the transcripts and all four had been received. Not bad, really.

Guys,
Does it help to send Transcipts by FEDEX?
Or will it be just sitting in the AACOMAS office for three to four weeks even if we send it by Fedex?

They had my transcripts since May, I submitted my app mid July, and by Friday August 20th they were still not posted as being recieved. I called the peeps there at AACOMAs and within 5 minutes they were showing up on the aplication status check. My app was processed and sent on Monday August 23. I think they may have set a new record. I guess it shows that u really need to ride these peoples a$$es if u want things to get moving.

It may help but I don't really think the main problem is the transcripts getting there, it getting someone at AACOMAS to check the mail and mark them as received so they can begin processing your app.

I faxed my request for transcripts to two schools on 8/17. Aacomas updated on website on 8/23 !! Not bad.

I think I should say that AACOMAS was very respectful and promp with my difficult demands. This should be noted. Compared to other application services, they are great! They want to help the student get the best file to the schools in time. Sometime in the haste the applicants forgets about the 1000s of applicants sending in emails faxes calles Transcripts.. and anything else they believe is needed... or just inquiring. Just remember to be respectful and understanding.. they are trying their best to get your application correct and out on time. (NO I DON'T WORK THERE).
