Transfer Credit Question

I took a single class at another university in the country for credit at my degree granting university. The class and the university itself is listed on my transcript from my degree granting university (since it transferred). Do I still need to request a transcript from the university in which I took this class since it shows on my transcript already? BTW, it was only P/F "credits".
