Transfer Credits

Hello,
I recently transferred to a new university from a private college. All but four of my credits transferred. Without these credits, my GPA is lower than it would be with these included. When applying for med school, will my GPA include these credits? Or does it only include the credits that successfully transfered?

To answer your question, any college-level courses you've taken are reported to AMCAS when applying, and your GPA is calculated across all schools. I have community college courses I took during high school, my undergrad coursework, and my post-bac coursework all wrapped up into one GPA.
