Transfer during MS? Look bad?

I'm in a Masters Degree right now at a school in Ohio, and it truly sucks. There are so many other/better options out there where I should have gone and didn't (for reasons I will not go into here).

So does it look bad to jump from one school to another when doing my MS? To transfer from one MS to another MS in another school?

I'm not looking for the better of two evils. Just wanted to know if it looks bad at all when I go in front of the adcoms?
