Transfer from a CC with pre-req???

This is a question from a good friend!! I didnt know the answer so I thought you guys might be about to help a bit~~

He is a student who attended CC right after high school (family hardship..his parents are immigrants and cant speak English...He is the only one speaks English and cant stay away from parents...So he had to help out and went to CC)...Anyway..He took most of his pre-requisites (everything except Org-Chm) and maintained a 4.0 the whole time...Now he is transfering to a 4-year university to finish College..

So he is wondering if taking these pre-req at a CC will hurt his chance...It's not like he took classes at a CC to raise GPA or what not...What do you guys think about this???

Answer me so I can answer him...

No it shouldn't hurt his chances, but he should try to take some upper level sciences during his junior and senior year. I think as long as he continues to do as well in the upper levels and does well on the MCAT, he should have as much of a chance as any.
