Transfer in Poland

Does anyone here know if there are universities which still accepts transfer for the coming academic year?

I am finishing second year now. Unfortunately I might fail one or two subjects this year. Are there uni's who admit student's to the third year anyway?

Try the Medical University of Lodz. I personally know nothing about it, but according to their website it seems they are welcoming all students. Good luck, and let me know.
