Transfer Interview Advice.. anybody?

I really want to transfer out of the program I am in. I have couple of interviews lined up. I want some solid reasons to mention at the new place without discrediting my current program.
Help a brother out....

Why not the real reasons? Seriously, you want us to come up with some made up answers for you? Someone probably will, but sometimes people want to hear the truth when they ask a question and not some made up garbage you got from an anonymous stranger off of the internet.

At the rate we are going, no one will give an original answer to any question. It will be all form answers off of the internet. I would like to see an interview where people told me the truth and how they really feel instead of what they think I might want to hear. An interview based on lies will be counterproductive.

You can try to couch things in a more positive manner. Instead of saying, "My program has sh*tty didactics. The attendings don't give a damn about teaching, and we fail our boards." you could try, "I've heard the residents say fantastic things about the formal didactics and the committment of attendings to teaching in the ORs. Your 100% written boards pass rate reflects this. Training in such an environment will facilitate my education and help me become a better anesthesiologist."

That said, I find the truth to be quite refreshing, and someone who has the courage to speak the truth gets extra points from me. However, discretion can sometimes be the better part of valor.
