What kind of residency program would consider someone who flunked out of a DO school?
There are plenty of Caribbean schools who will gladly take your cash (at least 60 the last time I checked).
Don't allow them to profit from your pain.

You failed out of a DO school that probably has over 90% 6-year graduation rate. What makes you think you can survive a Caribbean school that will actively try to fail you and where at least 50% of people do not make it.
That’s not even considering burying yourself further in debt that you will have nothing to show for.
