Transferring from reputable west coast program

I am currently at PGY-2 at a reputable west coast program and interested in transferring to a program in the east coast due to family reasons, preferably in NYC. If you know of anyone in a similar situation and interested in coming out west, please let me know. I can discuss more specifics to any interested party.
