ok here's the deal...i will be graduating denetal school in four years, then i should be able to start making money to pay off my school loans.

one of my family members is graduating college this year with a degree that isn't going to pay very well (art)...so i was wondering if there was some way i can transfer her student loans into my name, so that she wouldn't have to pay them and i would pay them instead (this is what i want to do)

i wonder if i could get them deferred with the rest of MY school loans BUT the thing is, i woulnd't be able to start paying on them until after dental school..

is this possible??????? please help if you know

Nope. How much in loans are we talking about and at what percent?

Even if it was possible, definitely no deferral on those loans. You would have to start paying them off now. Though you can make the payments for your family member by doing automatic withdrawal from your bank account. Another option is finding a 0% credit card.
